Jacob Hill is the founder of GRCAcademy.io, a research and training platform for cyber GRC professionals. GRC Academy offers training on cyber governance, risk, and compliance topics such as NIST Cybersecurity Framework, the DoD’s Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC), and more! It also offers research tools such as security control explorers.
Jacob has over 15 years of experience consisting of a mixture of technical and leadership roles, and currently serves as a Director of Cyber Operations. He has a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from George Mason University, and holds several security certifications including CISSP-ISSEP, CEH, Security+, ITIL v3 Foundation, and many more.
Eric first met Jacob when he taught Jacob’s CEH course in 2018. After Jacob launched GRC Academy, Eric became one of the first of GRC Academy’s partners! Jacob also hosted Eric on episode 2 of the GRC Academy podcast.
