These terms cover text messages from Eric Reed Cybersecurity Training, a trade name of ITRx Training LLC (“we”, “us”), sent from our business number, (707) 722-7333.
Program description. We text only people who ask us to. We reply by text to the questions you send us about our classes, schedules, enrollment and course access. We do not send marketing text blasts.
How you opt in. You opt in by filling out the form at https://ericreedlive.com/text-us/ and checking the consent box, or by texting (707) 722-7333 first. You do not have to agree to receive texts to buy a class from us.
Age. You must be 18 or older to sign up for texts from us.
Message frequency and cost. Message frequency varies with your conversation. Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
How to opt out. Reply STOP (or UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END or QUIT) at any time. We will send one message confirming you are opted out, and we will not text you again unless you ask us to.

Carriers. Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. We are not responsible for messages your carrier fails to deliver.
